Emailemail Please read the following carefully and initial next to each statement Initial HereClear Initial For monthly plans: I understand that there is an initial deposit due at the time of registration. This payment ensures that my child has a slot. I understand that this amount is non-refundable* even if the student withdraws or is dismissed. For annual plans: a refund will be issued at a prorated amount for the months left in the academic year and will exclude the initial deposit (this is included in the annual tuition). The prorated amount will be based on the monthly (Plan B) rate, voiding the annual savings. Withdrawing from enrollment must be per the Parent Handbook withdrawal policy. Note: If the school cannot open by the start of the new school year or the school shifts to remote learning due to COVID-19 outbreak, parents will have the option to withdraw their child by the third day of school. The 30-day notice will be waived and the deposit will be fully refunded. This deposit will not be refundable and 30-day notice will not be waived if the request is not given to school by the 3rd day of school. The student’s spot at the school will not be guaranteed after the school re-opens. Initial HereClear Initial I understand that the tuition payment is due on the first of every month for a total of 10 payments. The monthly tuition will be as shown on the Tuition page.The monthly tuition is shown on the Tuition page. Initial HereClear Initial I understand tuition deductions will not be made for days, weeks, or months that a student may be absent from school. Vacations or long illnesses will not be deducted from tuition. Deductions will not be made for closures due to any reason that is not in the school’s control. These closures are including but not limited to weather related, pandemic, state mandated, and federal mandated closures. All payments made to the school are non-refundable. Initial HereClear Initial I understand that If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, a $50 late charge penalty will be incurred. Furthermore, if tuition is not paid by the 10th day of the month, the student will not be accepted in class and his/her enrollment will be terminated. Initial HereClear Initial I understand that the Afterschool Enrichment Program is not included in the tuition. Initial HereClear Initial I understand that there is a $35 returned check fee on all checks returned by the bank. A notice will be sent home advising you of the returned check and amount due. This amount must be paid within 2 days of receiving the notice. Failure to do so will result in termination of enrollment. Any delinquent account will be submitted to a collection agency. Initial HereClear Initial I understand if my child is not picked up by 4 p.m (full-time students) or noon (part-time students), I will be charged a $1 late fee for each 1 minute beyond the pickup time. Initial HereClear Initial A one month notice is required in case I decide to withdraw my child. A written notice will be submitted to school one month prior to withdrawal. I understand that I will be charged one-month of tuition if I do not submit a written notice. This notice is required in any condition including but not limited to school transitioning to remote and/or e-learning during a pandemic or outbreak. The Head of School is the sole person who determines whether disruption or improper conduct occurred.
