For monthly plans: I understand that there is an initial deposit due at the time of registration. This payment ensures that my child has a slot. I understand that this amount is non-refundable* even if the student withdraws or is dismissed.

For annual plans: a refund will be issued at a prorated amount for the months left in the academic year and will exclude the initial deposit (this is included in the annual tuition). The prorated amount will be based on the monthly (Plan B) rate, voiding the annual savings. Withdrawing from enrollment must be per the Parent Handbook withdrawal policy.

I understand that the tuition payment is due on the first of every month for a total of 10 payments.

The monthly tuition will be as shown on the Tuition page.

I understand that tuition deductions will not be made for days, weeks, or months that a student may be absent from school. Vacations or long illnesses will not be deducted from tuition. All payments made to the school are non-refundable.

I understand that an invoice will be sent to me to make payments. If payment is not received by the 5th of each month, a $50 late charge penalty will be incurred. Furthermore, if tuition is not paid by the 10th day of the month, the student will not be accepted in class and his/her enrollment will be terminated.

I understand that the Afterschool Care Program is not included in the tuition.

I understand that there is a $35 returned check fee on all checks returned by the bank. A notice will be sent home advising you of the returned check and amount due. This amount must be paid within 2 days of receiving the notice. Failure to do so will result in termination of enrollment. Any delinquent account will be submitted to a collection agency.

A one month notice is required in case I decide to withdraw my child. A written notice will be submitted to school one month prior to withdrawal. I understand that I will be a charged one-month of tuition if I do not submit a written notice.

I agree that school has the right to suspend, dismiss, or require intervention for the student if the student causes disruption of the educational program or if the student’s conduct is improper. The Head of School is the sole person who determines whether disruption or improper conduct occurred.
